How to get rid of acne

Today it’s all about skin problems such as dry skin and acne. I have had bad skin problems – especially when I was younger, but now it comes in periods. If I’m very stressed or sad, I can always count on getting an outbreak on my face. – The most annoying thing, is that it lessens the confidence you have, and if you’ve had a bad day, it all adds up. Can you grasp that? Have you ever desperately tried hiding a zit while talking to someone? Most can’t and most have. So why not try something new to prevent these skin problems. I have tried all sorts of face masks, creams and products which has one thing in common, it has never really worked for me. I have really dry skin especially when it’s winter, and sometimes my forehead skin even peels – disgusting!

I have tried with natural ingredients, just because my mom always told me that natural ingredients are the best for your skin – Mama knows best ? I have come to the conclusion that honey and lemon are great for my skin.

You will need:

– Juice of 1/2 lemon

– 2 teaspoons of natural honey

– Mix together in a bowl

– cotton pads

It’s super easy, and all you have to do is mix it all together, and then apply it on the skin with a cotton pad or other applicator. You need to let it sit on your face for 15 minutes, and then rinse your face thoroughly with HOT water. It is very important that you rinse with hot water, as it opens your pores so your skin can breathe. While you have the mask on it will feel itchy and it might sting a little, so do not worry if this happens, it’s supposed to do that. I have applied this mask 3 times so far and honestly, I can feel and see the difference. All the blackheads I had around my nose is reduced – and I promise you that I’m jumping around in joy. And it makes my skin so soft! I love it

You might as well try it, no matter what, it won’t damage your skin in any way, as it’s natural ingredients, so it’s worth a try. I hope you like it!
